More about Your team
The Enterprise Unit consists of 3 teams - you will be part of one of them. Every team consists of backend and frontend engineers, QA, product manager, designer, and engineering manager. The teams collaborate daily and work towards achieving company goals together. Currently, we are building solutions for the Professional Services segment for Wrike customers. Previously, the unit brought crucial features to Wrike - Automation and Integration with different systems to help our customers achieve more with less effort.
How You’ll make an impact
- Solve complex customer problems - from concept and design to implementation and release.
- Build the right thing in the right way - maintain excellent technical quality of the solutions we build.
- Learn new skills and help to grow others.
You will achieve your best if you have
- Strong Java, REST, SQL, unit/integration testing frameworks knowledge and experience.
- Minimum 7 years of prior relevant SW development experience; or a Master’s degree with 5 years experience.
- Good expertise in relational and non-relational storages (PostgreSQL, Redis).
- Experience of working in a product team.
- Fluent English.
- Clear communication skills - ability to articulate ideas in team meetings, presenting on sprint reviews.
- Self-organized and a team player, proactive in improving tech foundation and delivery processes, understanding of customers' problems we are solving (not just putting code to production).
You will stand out with
- Experience working in Enterprise companies.
- Experience doing Product Discovery along with PMs and Designers.
- System design and architecture of complex solutions.
