Requirements
We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to join our client’s team. This role is ideal for a professional with foundational knowledge of HR processes and a keen interest in developing expertise in SAP SuccessFactors. As a Consultant, you will support the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of SAP SuccessFactors modules, working closely with clients to deliver high-quality solutions.
Involved in the configuration and deployment of SAP SuccessFactors modules, including Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance & Goals, and Learning
Participate in requirement-gathering sessions to understand client needs and translate them into system configurations
Support senior consultants in conducting gap analysis and designing solutions that align with business processes
Collaborate with clients to understand their HR processes and system requirements
Provide support in client workshops, training sessions, and user acceptance testing (UAT)
Address client queries and issues
Assist in system maintenance tasks, including routine checks, updates, and troubleshooting
Monitor system performance and report any issues to the senior team members for resolution
Participate in system optimization efforts to improve efficiency and user experience
Help create and maintain project documentation, including configuration guides, functional specifications, and test scripts
Assist in the preparation and delivery of training materials for end-users
Ensure documentation is accurate and reflects the current system setup
Engage in continuous learning to build expertise in SAP SuccessFactors modules and HR best practices
Attend training sessions, workshops, and seminars to stay updated on the latest SAP SuccessFactors features and enhancements
Education and Experience
BSc in Management of Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is required
Experience with any HRIS system or SAP product is a plus
Knowledge of HR technologies (i.e. SAP SuccessFactors) is a plus
A solid grasp of human resources methods, practices, principles, and functions is preferred
Fluency in the Greek and English Language is required
