The team

We are looking for passionate and highly motivated individuals to join PwC Cyprus and be part of our rapidly growing VAT Compliance services team. You will have the opportunity to work on a diverse portfolio of clients specializing in various industries and learn in depth the provisions of the VAT Law. You will be dealing directly with clients on a day-to-day basis to ensure their VAT compliance matters are up to date. We will make sure you obtain in-depth knowledge of our cutting edge methodologies and available technology and provide you with ongoing coaching and support to continually strengthen your acquired skills.

What we are looking for:

  • Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Law, Economics or Business Administration

  • 5 - 7 years of experience with the local and EU VAT

  • Studying towards or holding a professional qualification (ACA, ACCA, ADIT) will be considered an advantage.

  • Strong exposure in the preparation/completion/review of VAT compliance work

  • Excellent verbal and written skills in English and Greek

  • Ability to work in a dynamic and fast paced environment

  • Ability to work both individually and as part of a team

  • Confident, articulate and able to communicate in a clear and effective manner

  • Strong organizational and analytical skills

  • Dynamic with an ability to take initiative, solve problems and deliver results

  • Excellent interpersonal and people management skills

  • Computer literate (MS Office, G-suite)

  • Experience with Data Analytics tools (Alteryx) will be considered an advantage
