Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in CFD liquidity, Prime Broker, Hedge Funds, ECN support, Investment Funds
- Experience in the full sales cycle including pipelining and prioritization, negotiations, contract drafting, etc.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Establish, develop, and maintain business relationships with current and prospective customers to generate new business for our products/services.
- Discuss with customers, heeding customers' needs and concerns to offer the best solutions/alternatives to customers.
- Developing a professional and trusting relationship with an active portfolio and keeping them up-to-date with developments to ensure they receive the highest level of service.
- Sales-driven and motivated personality to achieve KPIs on a weekly/monthly/quarterly basis.
- Strong interpersonal skills, optimism, and initiative.
- Proven sales track record.
- Proficiency in English.
Responsibilities
- Arrange business meetings with prospective clients.
- Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives.
- Assisting in the preparation of the contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines along with the company policies.
- Market knowledge.
- Communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build reports.
- Time management and planning skills.
- Contacting leads, converting them into customers, and maintaining long-term relationships.
