Accountant
Responsibilities:
· Process accounts payable invoices and ensure timely and accurate payments to vendors
· Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounts payable records in accordance with accounting standards
· Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies in a timely manner.
· Communicate with vendors to resolve any issues related to payments or invoices
· Assist with month-end closing activities related to accounts payable, including reconciliations and accruals
· Calculating, recording, inputting or processing financial data
· Preparing customer invoices based on accounting procedures
· Researching and investigating discrepancies in client invoices to determine the accuracy of charges
· Matching payments to invoice numbers or sales orders
Requirements:
· Knowledge of accounting principles and practices related to accounts payable and accounts receivable
· Native Russian language and fluent English
· Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
· Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
· Experience with electronic payment processing is a plus
· Work permit in Cyprus
We offer:
Gross salary 2500-3000 EUR depending on the level of knowledge of the candidate
Probation period 3 months
Working hours from 09.00 to 18.00 (1 hour lunch break)
Office in the city center (Limassol)
