We are looking for a highly organised, tech-savvy professional with strong work ethic to join the content production team of our summit division as an Event Production Coordinator.


This is an in-person role located in our Nicosia office.

Key Responsibilities


  • Prepare event materials, online and print.
  • Document and distribute event information.
  • Organise producers' calendars.
  • Conduct research projects.
  • Manage speaker relations and logistics.
  • Assist with onsite event execution.


Qualifications


  • Fluent English.
  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Administrative or customer service experience.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Digital and content management system (CMS) experience.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Detail-oriented, diplomatic, and a team player.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.
