What will you be doing?
Key responsibilities:
- Take full ownership and lead the maintenance team to ensure safe, high quality and complete-on-time delivery of maintenance solutions.
- Represent KONE in interacting with customers and other stakeholders.
- Support the sales team in following up with sales leads and providing KONE service and technical experience.
- Manage the maintenance team including daily human resource management and collaborating with other departments and ensuring proper reporting.
Skills and experience required:
- Service mindset and commercial awareness
- Strong communication skills and excellent interpersonal skills
- People leadership and coaching skills
- Good communication skills in English (written and spoken)
- Teamwork and collaboration are essential
- IT skills and willingness to work with new digital tools and innovations
