What will you be doing?

Key responsibilities:

  • Take full ownership and lead the maintenance team to ensure safe, high quality and complete-on-time delivery of maintenance solutions.
  • Represent KONE in interacting with customers and other stakeholders.
  • Support the sales team in following up with sales leads and providing KONE service and technical experience.
  • Manage the maintenance team including daily human resource management and collaborating with other departments and ensuring proper reporting.

Skills and experience required:

  • Service mindset and commercial awareness
  • Strong communication skills and excellent interpersonal skills
  • People leadership and coaching skills
  • Good communication skills in English (written and spoken)
  • Teamwork and collaboration are essential
  • IT skills and willingness to work with new digital tools and innovations
