Αs an HR Business Partner, you'll join our team and play a key role in optimizing HR processes, driving data-driven insights, and supporting our employees through every stage of their journey, all while contributing to a dynamic and engaging workplace culture



Responsibilities


  • Develop and enhance HR processes to streamline operations and improve efficiency, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and company goals
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret HR data to provide meaningful insights and actionable recommendations to stakeholders
  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy by implementing robust data management and governance protocols
  • Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement through data-driven analysis
  • Develop and manage the performance review process
  • Conduct regular reviews and updates to internal policies and guidelines to ensure compliance and relevance
  • Track and report on metrics related to employee engagement, performance management, talent acquisition, diversity and inclusion, and other key HR areas
  • Manage the onboarding & off-boarding processes and assist in reducing the turnover of departing employees through data gathering from all leavers
  • Analyze, review, and manage employee benefits plans to ensure competitive and comprehensive offerings
  • Participate in the planning and execution of company events and employee engagement activities
  • Assist the Head of HR in managing the employee grading process, ensuring fairness and consistency
  • Provide guidance and support on employee relations matters, including performance management, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution
  • Advise managers on HR policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure compliance and effective people management


Requirements


  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field
  • Minimum of three years of proven experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar role, with a focus on process improvement, data analysis, and metrics tracking
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Flexible and comfortable with managing multiple priorities
  • Strong tolerance of ambiguity and changes
  • Detail-oriented, creative, and possess strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Fluent English
  • Knowledge of immigration policies and laws, and a great understanding of HR practices and procedures.
  • Previous experience working at an IT company
