Job Description

We are looking for a Rider Engagement Specialist to support and execute engagement strategies aimed at keeping our rider community motivated and satisfied. In this role, you’ll work with various teams to ensure riders feel connected and valued while helping to drive initiatives that improve communication and enhance the rider experience.

What you will do:

  • Assist in the development and implementation of rider engagement initiatives to promote satisfaction and retention.

  • Collaborate with different teams to help align engagement efforts with company goals.

  • Receive written or via phone feedback from riders and suggest improvements to enhance their experience.

  • Serve as a point of contact for riders regarding engagement-related questions or initiatives.

  • Assist with adapting global engagement practices to local contexts.

Qualifications

What we would like to see:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

  • 1-2 years of experience in a role focused on engagement, communication, or community-building.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.

  • Excellent communication skills in both Greek and English.

  • Creativity and a collaborative approach to work.

  • A passion for building community and improving team morale.

Additional Information

Nice to have:

  • Prior experience with employer branding, CSR, or volunteer programs is a plus but optional.
