We are looking for a passionate HR Generalist who will be based in Dali, Nicosia, Cyprus. The role will report to the Country Manager; the HR Generalist role will report via dotted line to the Talent Acquisition Manager.


Responsibilities

  • Participate in recruitment activities, including candidate sourcing, selection, and onboarding.
  • Support employee relations by addressing employee concerns, resolving conflicts, and promoting a positive work environment.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team in areas such as employee benefits, payroll processing, and HR policy compliance.
  • Assist with the setup of the personnel’s yearly evaluation process and ensure its smooth implementation.
  • Conduct HR visits to our stores and distribution center frequently.
  • Participate in the organization of wellness activities, voluntary events, fun projects etc. in order to enhance employee’s engagement.
  • Assist in the delivery of training and development programs, scheduling sessions, and preparing training materials
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.
  • Assist with various projects and support daily functions of the HR department.

Requirements

  • BSc in Business, Psychology, Communications, or relevant field will be considered as a plus.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Detail orientation and teamwork.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office.
  • Good knowledge of the English language.
