We are looking for a passionate Area Manager who will be based in Dali, Nicosia, Cyprus. The role will report to the Country Manager.


Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of multiple retail stores in the assigned region.
  • Monitor and analyze all stores productivity levels to achieve targeted KPIs.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and guidelines.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers, vendors, and employees.
  • Conduct regular store visits in order to ensure their smooth operation.
  • Attract and recruit the best talents available on the market through networking and scouting.
  • Train, mentor, motivate and offer constructive feedback to all management teams and all salespeople.
  • Detect and deplay talents in every store so that to develop them.
  • Follow all company’s guidelines on merchandising and promos for all stores in collaboration with the trade marketing department.
  • Keep track of the competition.
  • Identify, develop, and implement new business opportunities.

Requirements

  • University Degree or equivalent qualification.
  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience in equivalent position in Retail area (preferably in fashion).
  • Numerical and analytical knowledge to monitor KPIs.
  • Excellent use of English language and computer skills.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Leadership skills and business orientation.
  • Excellent communication skills, with a positive, energetic, motivating, personal style.
  • Customer service orientation with in-depth knowledge of basic business management processes.
  • Passion for sports and fashion.
  • Willingness to learn and tackle new challenges.
  • Driver’s license.
  • Flexibility in working hours and willing to travel.
