We are looking for a responsible and detail oriented experienced Senior Dealer who is interested in growing their career into the Finance and Investment industry by joining our Global Dealing team in Limassol.

Responsibilities:

• Performing routine monitoring tasks to ascertain system performance and optimising system parameters,
• Liaison with technical team on the maintenance and enhancement of trading and monitoring systems,
• Following the company’s operational procedures and internal controls in compliance with regulatory requirements,
• Monitoring and analysing client’s trading activities and exposures,
• Hedging following the company risk policy,
• Providing internal support to the client facing team on trading related inquiries,
• Communication with counterparties,
• Keeping up to date with financial markets information and conducting market research,
• Perform regular competitor analysis,
• Leading the team of dealers.

Requirements:

• Qualifications in quantitative field are desirable,
• Minimum 3-5 years experience working on a CFD/Spread Betting dealing desk required,
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills,
• Strong understanding of the CFD market landscape and competition globally,
• High level of numeracy and attention to detail,
• Hands-on mentality and ability to deliver without supervision,
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment with the ability to adapt to ongoing changes quickly,
• Dynamic, entrepreneurial mindset and be able to deliver accurate results in a timely manner,
• Advanced MS Excel & SQL skills desirable,
• Python skills preferable.
