We are looking for passionate Sales individuals to join our Sales Department in Limassol.
What you will do:
- Building and maintaining client relationships with new & existing clients by understanding the client’s needs and trading profile and providing suitable support and guidance where required
- Promoting company's new products and services
- Training clients on company platforms and trading tools
- Analysing, identifying, planning, designing, and implementing opportunities for increasing client loyalty based on system data and industry insights
- Maintain high levels of client acquisition, retention, and reactivation
Requirements:
- Fluent German Speaker is a must
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; any other language will be considered an advantage
- CySec Basic
- Advanced MS Excel skills will be considered an advantage
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
The ideal candidate must be able to demonstrate:
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently
- Self-motivated and target-oriented individual
- Team player
- Previous sales experience
- Financial market knowledge/trading experience advantageous
