Senior Analyst & Project Manager

Job Overview:

Admirals Group is seeking a dynamic professional who will play a critical role in the integration and management of advanced Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Counter-Terrorism Financing (CTF), and Information Security (IS) monitoring systems. This unique role combines the responsibilities of an Analyst, Project Manager, and Product Owner. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of compliance technologies, a strong background in project management, and the ability to lead product implementation and optimization initiatives.

Requirements:

• At least three years of proven experience in AML/CTF/IS systems analysis and project management.

• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and risk management practices in the financial sector.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and lead cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to train and support employees.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Analysis and Implementation of AML/CTF/IS Monitoring and Risk Management Systems:
1. Conduct in-depth analysis of modern AML/CTF/IS monitoring, screening, and risk management solutions (e.g., Fiserv AML Manager, Eastnets SafeWatch AML, Salv, etc.) to identify the most suitable options for Admirals Group.
2. Lead the decision-making process on whether to implement a third-party solution or continue developing the company’s internal AML/CTF/IS systems.
2. Configuration and Maintenance of AML/CTF/IS Rules:
1. Set up and continuously update internal rules for AML/CTF/IS monitoring, screening, and risk management systems to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
2. Provide ongoing support and adjustments to the systems as needed.
3. Evaluation and Integration of Client Onboarding Solutions:
1. Regularly assess client onboarding solutions (e.g., Onfido, Veriff, Sumsub, etc.) to determine the most effective technologies for Admirals Group.
2. Manage the integration and support of these solutions, ensuring seamless operation within existing platforms.
4. Project Management for System Integrations:
1. Oversee projects related to the integration of onboarding, monitoring, screening, and risk management systems with existing Admirals platforms (e.g., trading room, CRM, MT4, MT5).
2. Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of projects.
5. Development of Internal Regulations and Training:
1. Draft internal policies and regulations for employees who will be utilizing the implemented AML/CTF/IS systems.
2. Provide training sessions and ongoing support to staff to ensure proper usage and compliance with implemented solutions.
