As the Head of Client Services at Admirals Group, you will lead and oversee the client services department, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction. You will be responsible for developing the client services strategy, managing client relationships, and driving continuous improvement in client service delivery.

As a member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in shaping and executing our client services vision and strategies, and fostering a client-centric culture across the organization.

To excel in this role, you should have:

  • Previous work experience in a similar role is a prerequisite.
  • Industry experience and an in-depth understanding of financial instruments trading are mandatory.
  • Having previous experience in developing training programs is advantageous.
  • Proficient in using modern computer software such as MS Office suite, CRM, Atlassian, JIRA, MetaTrader, etc.
  • Excellent communication and cooperation skills are essential.
  • Exhibits decisiveness and a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Shows honesty, accuracy, and reliability.
  • Capable of leading and guiding an international team.
  • Fluent in both written and verbal English language skills.

  • Developing and implementing the client services strategy
  • Leading and managing the client services team

  • Monitoring and improving client satisfaction and service delivery
